El Paso Community College will soon have a new Culinary Arts Restaurant. Chef Rick Webb, Culinary Arts faculty member has worked on the design and development of the new Culinary Arts facility. This exciting initiative is also a collaboration with various partners that will prove to be an excellent training facility for EPCC students.
