Effective January 1, 2006, Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code now requires that the conflict of interest questionnaire be completed and filed with the College. It is respectfully requested that you acquaint yourself with the appropriate code provisions.
You should feel free to contact the Texas Ethics Commission at 201 East 14th Street, 10th Floor, P.O. Box 12070, Austin, TX 78711-2070, (512) 463-5800. This commission promulgated the questionnaire and instructions. The College is now implementing this statutory requirement.
