The Shooting Star Program is an easy way to quickly recognize and express gratitude to the employees of the District, who’s actions go above and beyond in working with you or/and others.

Banner System
Whether you’re a student or staff member, the online Banner System allows you to access/manage your online information such as looking up classes, registration, add/drop courses, view your schedule, grades, and transcript and as an employee, obtain payroll advices and history.

Benefits

Classified Staff Association
The EPCC Classified Staff Association (CSA) is a forum to reflect the needs and interests of the full-time and part-time classified employees of the College. Employees are encouraged to utilize the CSA as an outlet to express views and ideas of interest to Classified Staff.

This section contains all the District’s forms that are now available to you online in PDF “fillable” format. Site will be updated regularly as forms are revised or new forms become available.

E-Mail (Outlook Web Access)
Outlook Web Access (OWA) provides you with a convenient method of accessing your EPCC E-mail when you are away from the office. The only requirement is that you have Internet access from your remote PC location such as home, hotel, etc. Your EPCC email/network passwords remain the same for all email access.

Employee Relations
The Employee Relations Department is available to assist faculty and staff with workplace concerns and to answer questions relating to College policies and procedures.

Employee Handbook
The Employee Handbook serves as a resource of information about employee benefits, policies and procedures, programs and EPCC. Take a few moments to review the handbook and familiarize yourself with its contents.

Faculty Association (PDF)
The EPCC Faculty Association/Senate is the officially recognized entity representing all full-time and part-time faculty members. Faculty Association information, responsibilities, and guidelines are available.

The goals and objectives of the Faculty Development Office are to provide activities which meet both the professional and personal development needs of all faculty.

Human Resources Development
The Human Resources Development Office provides you with workshops and seminars on various topics to assist faculty and staff in becoming more effective and creative employees as they serve the students of the District.

The EPCC Professional Staff Association (PSA) primarily serves the interests and general welfare of its members and the College community as they relate to policy and procedure issues. Officers and contact information available.

Office of Risk Management and Safety
In an effort to help keep safety in our minds, we are requesting all College employees to begin each meeting with a “Safety Share” (safety tip). Safety Shares can range from the simple, “Slow down and watch where you are going” to more detailed safety advice.

Teachership Academy
Workshops and other events will offer ideas/strategies to enhance your teaching and the learning of your students. Faculty Development credits for the academic year will be earned by each participant. Fulltime and adjunct faculty are eligible to participate in the Academy. Participants will learn as a cohort allowing for collaboration and discussion of best practice.
