TEXAS PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT
The El Paso Community College is a public institution of higher education. As such, records held by the institution may be requested by the public for review and/or copying. This process is governed by the rules set forth by the Texas Public Information Act. While this Act states records must be released upon request, it also establishes guidelines for the withholding of certain documents.
Open records requests are to be made in writing to the Employee Relations Department to Victoria Lipscomb (firstname.lastname@example.org). The requestor must be specific in their request of information they are seeking. Questions pertaining to the processing of open records requests may be directed to the Employee Relations Department (915-831-6631).
