The Dual Credit program provides an opportunity for qualified junior and senior high school students to enroll in college-level courses. The Early College High School Initiative is designed to allow students to simultaneously earn a high school diploma and an Associate Degree in four years. The key to the success of this initiative is a strong partnership between the school districts and higher education institutions. El Paso Community College has partnered with local school districts to provide early college high schools.
