Upon appointment, each new employee must sign personnel and payroll documents at the Human Resources Department. This should be done on or before the first day of employment but no later than the third day. As a minimum, the following documents are required to verify employment eligibility and identity: picture I.D. (State driver's license or State issued I.D. card) and social security card.
