Libraries are located at all campuses and provide research materials and instruction for the College’s academic programs.

Police Department
Visit the EPCC Police Department website to learn about college rules and regulations, parking, crime prevention, and statistical data relevant to criminal activity at the College.

Radio & TV Stations
Through the Center for Instructional Telecommunications (CIT), EPCC participates 24-hours-a-day in the El Paso Instructional Collaborative (EPIC) Cable Channel, providing professional broadcast quality television production for instruction, orientation and public information. The CIT also provides student DJs with radio station hands-on experience under the guidance of professional radio personnel through the KCCR College Radio Station.

Testing Centers
Testing Centers are located at all five campuses and provide new and currently enrolled students with a wide range of services.
