10700 Gateway East El Paso, TX 79927 Directions | Campus Map With the start of the 1998 spring semester, El Paso Community College opened Mission del Paso, a major educational facility in the East El Paso/Mission Valley area. Located at 10700 Gateway East between Americas Avenue and Horizon Blvd., the new facility offers a full range of classes to the far east section of El Paso and all student services are available including admission, registration, financial aid, and counseling. In the spring of 2000, the College opened a state-of-the-art Law Enforcement Training Academy which serves area law enforcement agencies to meet their training needs and provides a full spectrum of training programs for security guards and peace officers. In order to accommodate the continued growth, a new building opened in the Spring of 2004. This building provided much needed space to house instructional labs for English As A Second Language, Reading, and general tutoring services, along with faculty offices and two multi-purpose classrooms. Plans are underway to construct an Early College High School in 2006. |

Northwest Campus

6701 South Desert Rd. El Paso, TX 79932 Directions | Campus Map Serving the expanding population of far west El Paso is the Northwest Campus which opened in 1994. It is located at 6701 S. Desert Blvd. at the intersection of I-10 and Transmountain Road. A full range of classes, academic, technical and non-credit, are offered and all student services are available including admission, registration, financial aid, and counseling. A new library building and a classroom/laboratory building were recently opened. This addition provides the Campus with facilities for mathematics, biology, geology, ESL, reading, and language courses. The new library building also includes rooms for conferences, orientations, study space and provides an expanded periodical and book selection. The Northwest Campus library also serves the area as a "Community Library" in partnership with the City of El Paso and the El Paso Public Library. |

Rio Grande Campus

100 West Rio Grande Ave. El Paso, TX 79902 Directions | Campus Map In 1975, the Rio Grande Campus - then just a single building on Rio Grande Street-became the first permanent facility for El Paso Community College. Using funds and equipment donated by Project Hope, the campus focused on health occupations education. The addition of a five-story wing in 1980 enabled the College to expand its course offerings to include the arts, sciences, and other occupational education programs, as well as basic academic skills and credit courses in English as a Second Language. The campus is strategically located near the center of the downtown business district at 100 W. Rio Grande Street. It provides a top-quality learning environment for its diverse population of over 4,000 students. The full range of College services is available, including admissions, financial aid, counseling, registration and security, as well as a bookstore, library and cafeteria. Renovation and expansion of the campus began in 1995 with the addition of classrooms, a new Library and paved student parking lots. The multi-level parking garage opened in 2004. The new Health and Science Laboratory building opened in Fall 2003. |

Transmountain Campus

9570 Gateway Blvd. North El Paso, TX 79924 Directions | Campus Map Designed to complement the visual angles of the Franklin Mountains and blend its landscaping with the surrounding desert, the Transmountain Campus provides educational programs and services for northeast El Paso. Located at 9570 Gateway Blvd. North at the Patriot Freeway and Diana Drive, the facility serves over 4,000 credit students each semester. All College services are available, including admissions, registration, financial aid and counseling, as well as a full-service library, bookstore, and child care. It houses the College's only performance/lecture facility for concerts,films, large meetings, and community events. |

Valle Verde Campus

919 Hunter El Paso, TX 79915 Directions | Campus Map The largest and most centrally located facility in the College District, Valle Verde serves over 14,000 credit students each semester. The multi-level building features patios, trees, fountains, and grassy hills which enhance the relaxed learning environment. Valle Verde is located at 919 Hunter, just south of the interstate at Hawkins and North Loop. It is the main location for all student services functions, including admissions, registration, financial aid and counseling. Here also are the largest of the libraries, bookstores, cafeterias, and child care centers. The Advanced Technology Center, the Americana Language Program, and the intercollegiate athletic program are located at the Valle Verde Campus. The newest building is an instructional center which has 24 classrooms, an open computer laboratory of 100 stations networked with full Internet access, state-of-the-art laboratories for foreign language courses, and English as a Second Language, as well as space for community interest non-credit classes including floral arrangement and cooking. |

Administrative Services Center

9050 Viscount Blvd. El Paso, TX 79925 Directions | Campus Maps The Administrative Services Center, 9050 Viscount, houses the support services including personnel, payroll, purchasing and information technology. Located three miles from the Valle Verde Campus, the college moved into this location during the 2001-2002 academic year. An aging building in central El Paso had housed some of the administrative offices while other offices and services were located throughout the District. EPCC purchased this former toy manufacturing plant and remodeled it to provide the administrative office space the college needed. |

Other Facilities
|
El Paso Community College offers educational programs at Fort Bliss, under the Servicemembers Opportunity College (SOC) program and services are provided to active duty military personnel, their family members and civilians. The Occupational Opportunity Center for the Homeless is located in downtown El Paso, providing occupational training, economic counseling and job placement for the homeless community. The Career Training Center, 215 Francis, offers basic job skills training for displaced workers as part of the College's Workforce Training initiative. At the "One Stop Business Resource Center of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce", 1359 Lomaland, the College offers services to NAFTA displaced workers through the Workforce Training Center and business services are offered by the Small Business Development Center and the Contract Opportunity Center. We also offer literacy and basic skills classes as well as non-credit classes throughout the county at community centers and public schools. |
