 Culinary Arts Orientation

There is a mandatory orientation for new Culinary Arts students one month before each semester begins. At this orientation, students will meet the Culinary Arts coordinator, faculty members, and the main counselor for culinary arts. Students will learn what to expect in the program and upon graduation. Required kitchen equipment and uniform will be discussed and there will be a tour of the Culinary Arts facility.

This orientation is for both new and current EPCC students who have recently declared a major in Culinary Arts. The information is different from information presented at the New Student Orientation and does not take the place of the New Student Orientation for new students.
