We provide specialized and professional assistance to individuals and businesses seeking to learn about contracting and subcontracting opportunities, actively seeking contracting and subcontracting opportunities and/or performing under contracts and subcontracts with federal agencies, or state and local governments.

Under the U.S Department of Defense Procurement Technical Assistance Program, the EPCC Contract Opportunities Center provides specialized and professional assistance through counseling and outreach type services. The Centers staff seeks out and assists Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone.

Enhance El Paso Community College’s efforts to promote and encourage economic development. Be a resource for technical assistance. Increase competitiveness of local businesses and facilitate job creation. Prepare interested businesses to engage in contracting.
