Steps for Community-Wide Orientation
You must have Internet Explorer 7.0 browser.
(Our system is not compatible with AOL, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, and Safari)
You only have 45 minutes to read the content and take the exam.
(If you get logout you’ll need to login again and finish your exam)
In order for you to not lose your answers make sure to save them every 5 to 10 min.
You must have Adobe® Flash® Player installed in your computer.

You must have Microsoft PowerPoint viewer 2003 or higher.

www.microsoft.com)
In order to print your certificate you must
see our tutorials on how to print and set up your printing options.
